By using this website or commissioning a piece, you agree to these terms.

This site is a showcase of the studio's work. There is no online shop, cart or checkout: nothing can be bought directly through the site, and no prices are published here.

Photographs show pieces that were made by hand for individual clients. Because every piece is hand-made, your commission will be similar in spirit rather than identical to a photograph, and natural stones vary in colour, clarity and cut.

Sending an enquiry or requesting an appointment does not create an order and does not reserve stones or bench time. It starts a conversation. The studio aims to reply within one business day.

Please give accurate contact details so the studio can reach you. If you are working toward a date, say so in your first message.

Every custom or bridal commission begins with a consultation, followed by a written, itemised estimate covering metal, stones and labour. Work begins only after you approve that estimate.

Quotes are valid for [VALID FOR: number of days, to confirm] and may be revised if metal or diamond prices move significantly before you accept, or if you change the design after approval.

A deposit of [DEPOSIT: percentage, to confirm] is payable before work starts, and the balance is due on completion, before delivery or collection. Deposits cover materials and reserved bench time.

You approve the design at the sketch stage, and again at the wax or metal mock-up stage where the design calls for one. Once a piece has moved past an approved stage, changes may carry additional cost and time.

Estimated timelines are given in good faith. Most custom and upcycle projects run about eight to twelve weeks from an approved design, and rush timelines are sometimes possible. Delays caused by stone sourcing, hallmarking, shipping or design changes are not grounds for cancellation without agreement.

You may cancel within [CANCELLATION WINDOW: number of days, to confirm] of approving an estimate and receive a refund of your deposit, less any materials already purchased and work already carried out.

After that point, bespoke and upcycled pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so deposits are non-refundable. Any balance already paid for work not yet performed will be refunded.

The studio may decline or discontinue a commission, for example where a design cannot be made safely or the material is unsuitable. In that case any amount paid for work not performed is refunded in full.

Where a project uses your existing jewelry, gold or stones, you confirm that the material is yours to give and free of any claim by anyone else.

Items you hand over are logged, described and photographed. Reworking usually requires the original to be dismantled, and stones can carry hidden fractures, inclusions or previous damage that only appear when they are unset or reheated. The studio works with care, but cannot guarantee against loss or breakage inherent in the material itself, and takes no responsibility for the sentimental value of an original piece.

Where the metal you provide is not enough for the new design, recycled gold of the same karat is added and quoted separately. Any usable metal left over is returned to you or credited against the invoice, as agreed.

Items sent to the studio should travel insured and tracked. The return journey is insured and tracked as well. Risk during transit sits with the carrier and the insurance arranged for that shipment.

Natural diamonds supplied by the studio are GIA certified and sourced directly from the Israel Diamond Exchange, and their certificate accompanies the piece. Metal karat, stone weights and dimensions are stated on your estimate and invoice.

Small variations between an approved sketch and a finished hand-made piece are part of the craft and are not defects.

Accepted payment methods and currency are confirmed with your estimate. Prices include applicable taxes where stated on the invoice; import duties or local taxes on international deliveries are the client's responsibility.

Title in a finished piece passes to you once payment has cleared in full.

Sizing is taken in person where possible, or with a sizing kit sent to you. A first resize within [RESIZE WINDOW: period, to confirm] of collection is carried out free of charge where the design allows resizing.

Workmanship is warranted for [WARRANTY: period, to confirm] from delivery. The warranty covers faults in making, such as a failed solder joint or a setting that was not secured correctly. It does not cover normal wear, knocks, scratches, chipped or lost stones caused by impact, loss, theft, damage from chemicals or sport, or work carried out by another jeweler.

Cleaning, polishing, rhodium plating, re-tipping of claws and other maintenance are chargeable services. The studio is happy to look after its pieces for as long as you own them.

All designs, sketches, text, photographs and other content on this site belong to 120BPM and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

The studio may photograph finished work for its portfolio, website and social media. Client names and personal stories are never published without your permission, and if you prefer your piece not to be shown at all, tell the studio and it will not be.

Details you send through the contact form (name, email, phone, areas of interest and your message) are stored securely and used only to reply to you and to manage your commission. They are not sold or shared for marketing.

You can ask for your enquiry details to be corrected or deleted at any time by emailing 120bpm.jewelry@gmail.com.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Otherwise, the studio's liability in connection with a commission is limited to the amount you paid for that commission, and the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms may be updated from time to time; the version published here at the moment you approve an estimate is the version that applies to that commission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute.
